#BlackHistoryMonth

In honor of Black History Month, QueerDoc is offering free appointments for gender marker change documentation and letters for black people all of February. At these online, video visits you will spend 20-40 minutes with a QueerDoc physician who will ask you about your experience of your gender. The physician will then mail home any documents that require a medical provider’s signature to change your gender marker like:

  • some state’s birth certificate
  • some state’s state IDs
  • social security
  • passport

These come in traditional mail as they require INK signatures! A handout on how to amend identity documents is included as well. If you live or happen to be in Alaska, Idaho, or Washington, book your appointment now!!!
