Point of Pride’s 2026 HRT Access Fund Applications ARE OPEN Until May 31, 2026

We are proud to be a Point of Pride provider for their HRT Access Fund. Applications for grants that cover 18 months of HRT care are open until May 31, 2026.

What Is The Point of Pride HRT Access Fund?

In their own words, they provide “direct financial assistance to trans folks who cannot afford their gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy (also known as “HRT.”)”

Point of Pride is a fabulous organization. They do so much to support trans folks.

Not only do they run the HRT Access Fund, which supports 18 months of gender affirming care for people who could not otherwise access due to financial or other barriers, they also run several other programs:

What Does The Point of Pride HRT Access Fund Cover?

18 months of HRT-related care:

  • medical visits from trans-centered care teams
  • 6 lab visits
  • Uber vouchers to get to those lab visits!
  • medical letters for transition
  • prescription costs

Who Can Apply For the HRT Access Fund?

  • You identify as transgender under the big umbrella of trans identities. You’re not cis.
  • You can’t afford gender affirming care.
  • You live in the United States.
  • You are at least 18 years old by August 1, 2026.
  • You meet the requirements of your chosen participating provider.

Who Are The Providers for the HRT Access Fund?

  • We Are! (QueerDoc)
  • Plume, Folx, QueerMed, TrueU, Spectrum: The Other Clinic, and Outpatient Family Medicine Transformed are the other providers.

It’s Taken Care Of! The HRT Access Fund covers care with us for 18 months: visits, labs, prescriptions, and Uber vouchers to get to lab appointments.
