We’re In The Point of Pride Club!
We’re thrilled to announce that QueerDoc has been added to the Point of Pride HRT Access Fund provider network.
Applications for awards are open until 11:59 pm EST on Jul 31, 2023.
How The Point of Pride HRT Access Fund Works:
You are 18+
You are trans.
You have financial need.
The Award:
- Covers the financial costs of 12 months of care, including:
- Appointments
- Three rounds of labs
- Prescriptions
- Transition-related medical letters
- May also cover transportation to get your labs done
The Application:
Point of Pride asks you to do a self-assessment before applying.
Next, review the instructions, then fill out and submit your application!
You’ll be asked to select a preferred provider and if you meet the minimum eligibility requirements for your preferred provider. (Pick us! Pick us!)
For this funding, we can see patients in:
Alaska
California
Florida
Hawaii (for folks seeking T, you’ll need to have a provider in HI who can refer you to us)
Idaho
Montana
Utah
Washington
Wyoming

After you apply, Point of Pride will contact you via email about your application. It may take several weeks to hear back, and your application will be kept for a year. If you are originally not selected for an award, you may be selected later if more funding becomes available.
