We are *SO EXCITED* to share some updates on accessing gender-affirming bottom surgeries in Seattle, WA. Dr. Shane Morrison (he/him) is taking consults NOW! He is operating on adult patients at Harborview. His department is technically the Burn Center.
Your hormone prescriber or primary care provider can refer you for gender-affirming bottom surgeries to Dr. Morrison.
Shelley Hubbard (she/her) is at Harborview and will help coordinate the referral and scheduling. Dr. Alex Skokan (he/him) also participates in the gender-affirming surgeries joining from Harboview’s Urology Department. Referrals are NOT currently processed through the University of Washington Gender Clinic.
For transparency, QueerDoc is not affiliated with Harborview nor were we involved in the development of this offering. At QueerDoc, we have made it part of our mission to provide resources and information for our community. QueerDoc is an online doctor’s office for gender-affirming medical care. We do offer hormone managment and surgery referrals. You can request an appointment with QueerDoc now! Everyone starts with a free 15 minute introductory visit where you learn more about the clinic after that you can book a medical appointment with a provider in as little as one to two weeks!
