We don’t claim to be on top of all the news. Heck, we can’t be, and we don’t want to sometimes. Curating our individual and team media libraries is a radical, restorative act. We do try to stay informed, and sometimes we call our legislators, sign petitions, and make some noise. Sometimes we check out and let our brains and bodies rest. Sometimes we explore the possible and reach for inspiration. We strive to keep our bodies, souls, and brains fed.
Because we don’t have the time to write about all the things we’re reading and talking about, we’ve decided to let you peek into our TBR piles. So here’s what we’re reading, watching, and listening to in all of our messy mixes of serious, scientific, silly, positive, uplifting, challenging, and sometimes purely fluffy media.

Body Stuff:
- Nora is striving to do a little yoga most days with The Underbelly while other members of the QueerDoc team are sweating at the gym, taking walks, lifting weights, meditating, playing with pets, and other movement stuff. Maintaining a connection with our fabulous queer and trans bodies will help us navigate these times.
Creative Stuff:
- Nora is also enjoying a daily poetry practice by writing short form verses along with their coffee.
