While QueerDoc offers fully virtual services, federal and state law require you to be physically present in a state where we are licensed at the time of your visit. You do not have to live in that state. We are currently licensed and offering services in Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. QueerDoc is a small team of trans and queer folx- every state we open in requires a fair amount of administrative work. We don’t currently plan on opening in any additional states as our limited energy and resources are focused on self-care per Audre Lorde’s definition which means radical care for our community, ongoing advocacy, passionate activism, and maintaining our own health.
